Project Overview

Churchview, Nutgrove Avenue in Rathfarnham, Co. Dublin is a stunning new residential development. The residential roof project was completed by roofing contractors, RCRT Roofing.

This residential development required a waterproofing system for both the flat roof surface and the balcony areas. Pluvitec Waterproofing System proved to be the perfect choice to complete this impressive residential project. Featuring excellent mechanical attributes and adhesive qualities, Pluvitec waterproofing is also beneficial due to its its excellent dimensional stability, walkability and flexible durability which is ideal for the balcony space.

The Pluvitec roofing system featured here is built up using some of the products in our Pluvitec range: Specialtec v2mm VCL, Specialtec v3mm underlay and Supertec PA4mm Cap Sheet. The roof build up also includes Xtratherm Insulation 150mm. This roofing project consists of NSAI certified products backed with a 20-year warranty.
