Specialtec 3mm Underlay – An APP modified bituminous waterproofing membrane with both composite polyester and fibreglass reinforcements.
Supertec 4mm Black Mineral – An APP modified bituminous waterproofing membrane with a single strand composite spun-bond polyester fabric.
Due to the effects that time and natural climate could have on such a big project, a durable, long term waterproofing solution was needed to complete this large-scale project. Featuring great mechanical characteristics and adhesive qualities, Pluvitec is also beneficial for its roof walk-ability and flexible durability.
The roofing system features some of the products in our Pluvitec range: Specialtec VCL, Specialtec v3mm underlay and Supertec PA4mm black mineral torch on capsheet were all utilised in this warm roof system.
