Project Overview

A new green roof for this residential apartment block roof project at Somerton in Lucan, Co. Dublin. The roof installation was completed by roofing contractors, C & S Roofing, on behalf of main contractor, D|RES Properties.

This residential development required a waterproofing system for the flat roof surface. Pluvitec Waterproofing System proved to be the perfect choice to complete this impressive residential project.

The Pluvitec roofing system featured here is built up using Pluvitec products which are NSAI certified products backed with a 20-year warranty: Specialtec v2mm VCL, Specialtec v3mm underlay and Maxitec Anti-Root Membrane. The roof build up also includes PIR Tapered Insulation.
