Commercial Roofing Refurbishment – Plura Re-Roof

Project Overview

Following an independent survey of the existing failing asphalt roof, the decision was made to recover with a new waterproofing membrane. During the inspection and design process, Pluvitec Plura R Re-Roof was selected as the most suitable product to meet the high standards and budget constraints required to revitalise the roof.  Following an e-tenders process, RCRT Roofing was selected as the roofing contractor due to their high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Pluvitec Plura R Re-Roof system was chosen so the existing asphalt covering can remain in place, allowing the building to operate as normal.

Once the existing asphalt roof covering is prepared by simply cleaning and removing any blisters the new roofing system is applied to provide a fast effective and reliable new roof!

The project was completed in a 3 week window and covers an impressive 1,200 sqm.
