Project Overview

Laydex was asked to offer a waterproofing package that is both aesthetic and long-lasting. Kelliher Miller Architects wanted one system which has an IAB certificate that can do both the vertical facade and flat roof sections.

The project was installed to a very high standard and once completed the 20 year warranty was issued.
