Project Overview

Laydex were briefed to propose a product to replace an existing zinc roof, we used a warm roof Alkorplan roof build up, New Timber deck, VCL, 150mm PIR insulation and Alkorplan 35176 1.5mm reinforced membrane complete with standing seam profile, with Alkorplan 35279 fully adhered membrane to vertical walls, giving a completely new aesthetically pleasing roof. Also, the new Fascia and soffit were made from Colorcoat Urban metal from TaTa Steel.
