This stunning bituminous roofing project oversees the heart of Dublin’s Docklands, with an impressive 500m2 of coverage.
As this project sits on the edge of the docks, water vapour is a common problem to this roof as well as the surrounding buildings.
For this project, strong roofing felt with top of the range waterproofing characteristics was needed. Our Pluvitec Plura R Re-Roof proved to be the perfect membrane for the project utilizing the heat resistance & cold flexibility of the upper face of the membrane, while the unrivaled adhesion of the bottom face made it easy to apply to the roof without issue.
