Wooden Fire Rated Loft Ladder with an Insulated Hatch
Wood is known to burn well – but this is not the case with the Eurofire Protect fire rated loft ladder! The Eurofire Protect has a fire-retardant effect of class EI245 meaning that it delays the spread of fire by at least 45 minutes.
Sustainable use.
In addition to its fire-retardant effect, the Eurofire Protect loft ladder features a high level of insulation. Thanks to the 60mm thick cover and the 2-point rotary lock, it can be categorised in air tightness class 4 and achieves a U-value of 0.667 W/m2K.
