One Part, Solvent-Free Roof Primer

ROOF SEAL – ROOF PRIMER is a one part-solvent free primer that is applied prior to the application of weatherproofing compounds such as ROOF SEAL Liquid Membrane  to enhance its bond strength. The one coat roof primer is required for preparation on bitumen surfaces & roofing felt only. Roof Seal solvent-free primer is quick & easy to use and blocks surface staining from bitumen coating.

For application purposes: Surfaces should be free from dirt, oil grease, dust or any other contaminants that may affect adhesion prior to priming. Any organic surface growth should be treated & removed with Bond It Mould Stop.

Surfaces MUST be dry prior to application & temperatures must be above 5°C before applying. See Technical Datasheet for more information.
