Saint Mary’s Secondary School

BAM Construction contracted MCR Flooring to install the floor finishes to the new Saint Mary’s Secondary School in Dundalk. Consideration was given to the overall floor finishes and colours.

It was decided to use Tarkett 2.5mm Veneto XF2 linoleum and Tarkett Safetred Universal R10. Laydex also included Tremco in the subfloor materials and prior to installation site tests confirmed Tremco ES600 acrylic DPM and Tremco Sx220 levelling compound. The result was an attractive, durable flooring, with Tarkett’s 10 year guarantee.
