The roof refurb of the Restaurant at DCU, using the attention grabbing colour Patina Green which effectively gives the aesthetic look of a copper façade. Ultimately, the colour ensures an aesthetic of consistent, even shade, with a colour guarantee in excess of 40 years, and from an environmentally friendly point of view, it is a 100% recyclable product. The Colorcoat Urban system (approx 280m2) was expertly installed by approved Roofing Contractor, Titan Roofing. The main roof of the building was recovered using the unique Pluvitec Plura Re-Roof mineral felt. This solution is designed to breathe new life into old roofs, using a high quality product, and improving the life expectancy of the roof as a whole. The gutter was relived with Resitrix and the parapet wall encapsulated and sealed. This roof refurb project took 4 weeks to complete with close supervision by Titan Roofing with minimal disruption to the restaurant which remained fully operational during the works.
